Our services include:
* Cleaning on departure
* Laundry service.
* Reservation for car hire.
* Collection from and return to airport.
* Key holding.
* Welcome pack.
* Supervised access for workmen or deliveries.
* Watering plants (gardening extra).
* Point of contact for you and your clients.
* Arranging maintenance work eg: painting, patios, fitting security grills, balustrades, pool cleaning.
* Car care. If you have a car here, our highly experienced mechanic can maintain and service it for you. I.T.Vs undertaken.
Price List:
Management fee: 300 euros + IVA per annum
CLEANING
1-2: Beds 45 euros
3-4: Beds 50 euros
LAUNDRY
Per Person: 7 euros
WELCOME PACK
The cost of the items plus 5 euros to cover the cost of collection and delivery.
TRANSPORT
Airport collection and drop offs: 40 - 60 euros per vehicle required depending which airport.
GARDENING SERVICES
10 euros per hour
SUPERVISED ACCESS
5 euros per hour
Please note, any urgent works which Costa Villa Care pay for must be reimbursed on receipt of our invoice.
Costa Villa Care
Costa Villa Care, as the name suggests, care about our customers and their properties. We understand that for many the chance to own a property in Spain is a dream come true. Many people simply enjoy their second home themselves, while others take full advantage of letting opportunities. However you decide to use your property it is wise to consider property management to take care of your investment.
This service takes the worry and hassle out of owning a property allowing you to enjoy the benefits but without the burden of maintenance.
Occasionally we will be able to let your property for you if you so wish. If the opportunity arises we would always notify you first. If you wish to let, our fee is 10% of your normal letting rate.

Simply give us as much notice as possible of your visits to your property and provide us with an inventory.

It is the attention to detail that makes Costa Villa Care stand out from the rest. Our own check list ensures that details which could be overlooked are not, such as plug holes and air vents being clear. We also check that the crockery is clean to our standards and ready to use by the next client. Also, all properties will receive a freshen before every let with no extra cleaning charge.
